At NĀI, we want you to feel good about your order. You have the option to inspect your order before the courier leaves.

At the Time of Delivery you can open your package and check the item before accepting your order.

If you decide you do not want the item, you can return it immediately with the courier before they leave.

Once the courier leaves, we do not accept returns.
