Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Egypt
• Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days on average, with a maximum delivery time of 7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.

Shipping Fee

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping on orders over 1,300 EGP or more.

At the Time of Delivery

• You are welcome to open and inspect your order before the courier leaves.
• If you decide you do not want the item, you may return it immediately with the courier before they leave. Once the courier leaves, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
